Meridian Michigan has partnered with HHAeXchange to bring new functionality to Homecare and Non-Homecare Providers including Network Broadcasting for new cases, the linked communication module and authorization guardrails.

Guardrails for Hour Management​ (Homecare Providers)

• Enables payers to set limits on provider hours to prevent over-utilization and ensure authorizations last through the service period.​

Broadcasting for Service Needs​

• Allows Meridian to broadcast requests for new referrals, or placements, to providers, streamlining member assignment.​

Secure Communication Between Payers & Providers​

• Provides a centralized message center for exchanging patient, scheduling, and authorization details, improving accuracy and compliance.​
