Meridian Michigan has partnered with HHAeXchange to bring new functionality to Homecare and Non-Homecare Providers including Network Broadcasting for new cases, the linked communication module and authorization guardrails.
Guardrails for Hour Management (Homecare Providers)
- Enables payers to set limits on provider hours to prevent over-utilization and ensure authorizations last through the service period.
Broadcasting for Service Needs
- Allows Meridian to broadcast requests for new referrals, or placements, to providers, streamlining member assignment.
Secure Communication Between Payers & Providers
- Provides a centralized message center for exchanging patient, scheduling, and authorization details, improving accuracy and compliance.
