Log in to the HHAeXchange mobile app as you normally would. You’ll see a pop-up notification waiting for you.
Start the transfer
You’ll get a pop-up letting you know it’s time to move to HHAeXchange+. Tap Start Setup to begin right away or choose Remind Me Later if now isn’t the right time.
Note: You have a 2-week window to complete the switch – so don’t wait too long!
Download
You’ll be prompted to download the new HHAeXchange+ app if you haven’t already. Once installed, log in with your email address and create a new password to get started.
Log in and set up your preferences
Once you’re in, follow the quick setup prompts: choose your language, enable fingerprint or Face ID for faster logins (optional), and create a 6-digit PIN for offline access. Save, and you’re done!
