What is happening?   

• We are excited to announce the addition of Generations, an all-in-one homecare agency management software solution that gives providers the ability to connect care teams, simplify daily tasks, and maintain compliance. 

Why is HHAeXchange acquiring Generations? 

• With over 700 customers in 48 states across the U.S., this acquisition enables HHAeXchange to expand our footprint into new states as we pursue our long-term vision of supporting more than 2 million lives by developing the unmatched software platform for all homecare stakeholders.  

• Through this transaction, HHAeXchange will also gain talent with deep experience in homecare technology, ultimately helping us fulfill our mission to enable caregivers, families, providers, and payers to deliver the best care in the home.     

What does Generations do? 

• Founded in 2002 by homecare tech pioneers Lisa and Lance Ferden, Generations helps agencies deliver quality in-home care through a suite of secure tools built to connect care teams, maintain compliance, and streamline daily operations such as scheduling, billing, and payroll.  

How does this acquisition relate to HHAeXchange’s recent acquisition of Cashé Software? 

• This transaction builds on our acquisition of Cashé, a leading Minnesota-based homecare software solution. Both Cashé and Generations have a long history of supporting homecare agencies through advanced technology and exceptional service and share HHAeXchange’s commitment to enabling homecare stakeholders to deliver the best care in the home.  

• Acquiring Generations enables HHAeXchange to further expand our footprint into new states and deliver on our vision. Together, we will strengthen our ability to help homecare providers and payers across the U.S. ensure compliance, streamline operations, optimize workforce management, and improve health outcomes. 

What does this acquisition mean for me? 

• Our mission at HHAeXchange is to enable caregivers, families, providers, and payers to deliver the best care in the home, and that mission has not changed. This expansion enables us to tap into Generations’ talent with deep experience in homecare technology, furthering this goal.  

• Our primary focus remains on listening to your feedback and making consistent product and service investments to enhance your experience with our company. 

• HHAeXchange customers will continue to use the same product, and work with the same team for their support needs.  

Does HHAeXchange plan to incorporate Generations into the company or run it as a standalone brand? 

• We will run Generations and Cashé together as a separate business unit under the leadership of Praba Manivasager, former Cashé President and now SVP at HHAeXchange. We will retain the Generations and Cashé brands for the foreseeable future. 

• Over the coming months, we will work with our new Generations colleagues on integrating with HHAeXchange for future growth.  

• Most importantly, we will continue to stay focused on listening to your feedback and delivering solutions that meet your needs.
