New York – October 19, 2014 – HHAeXchange, providers of home health management and communications software solutions for agencies and payers, announced the hiring of Carl Queton, David Cole and Jeffrey Dobies. This signifies a major step forward as the company continues to expand nationally. Already the leading home care software vendor in the state of New York, HHAeXchange continues to evolve their suite of innovative solutions on a national scale.

“We are very excited to bring aboard three extremely talented executives, especially as we continue to grow,” stated Chief Executive Officer, Raphael Nadel. “All three individuals not only bring a strength in their particular areas of expertise, but they bring an amazing depth of knowledge in the home care space. Moving forward, these are exactly the type of talents we will to continue to bring aboard to help navigate the exponential growth of our company.”

Carl Queton, Director of Marketing & Communications, has worked in home care software on an international stage, most recently managing marketing for Procura Home Care Solutions, Progresa Healthcare Systems, and ContinuLink Home Care Software in the United States, Canada and Australia. He brings a knowledge and understanding of international health systems and processes, contributing to the innovation already being applied at HHAeXchange. Prior to healthcare IT, Carl worked in branding and communications, professional services, youth and recruiting marketing, not-for-profit organizations, publishing, education and the arts.

David Cole, Director of Business Development, brings over 20 years of thought leadership experience in home care. One of the original pioneers of homecare telephony (Electronic Visit Verification), he founded several home care agencies across the nation and served as administrator for Interim Healthcare in Atlanta, GA. He also served as the Vice President of Technology for AccentCare and broadened his experience to expand the market share of technology vendors Sandata Technologies and ContinuLink. Most recently David founded CareMaestro, a company dedicated to reducing readmissions and improving patient outcomes post discharge.

Jeffrey Dobies, National Sales Director, holds over 15 years’ experience as a seasoned sales professional with leading software companies Sandata and Stratis Business Systems. Jeff specializes in consultative selling, emphasizing identifying and finding the best possible solution for an agency or a payer, and adapting that technology according to the business needs of the client.

“Our intent is to introduce the concept of an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solution to home care,” said Todd Miller, Chief Strategy Officer. “We believe that home care in the United States has matured to the point that an ERP platform is the next logical step in what both an agency and payers now need in order to grow. Our solution is essentially that platform, which serves as a launching pad for the continuum of care, and breaks down the barriers that plague our healthcare system. We aim to engage care management all the way from the payer through to the patient.”

HHAeXchange offers products for homecare agencies and payers, Enterprise and Professional. Enterprise is a full-scale, cloud based agency management solution. Designed in the true spirit of an ERP, Enterprise is able to adapt, evolve and automate according to an agency’s existing work flow. Professional is a payer management solution, allowing for seamless case management and communication between the payer and their home care provider(s). This is especially important as multiple providers and multiple payers play a role in the patient’s care and are financially at risk based upon patient outcomes. HHAeXchange is ahead of the curve in managing these complex relationships and bridges the gaps between providers and payers.

If you wish to talk in person, representatives from HHAeXchange will be attending and exhibiting at the National Association for Home Care and Hospice (NAHC) Annual Meeting and Exposition in Phoenix, AZ, from October 19-21, 2014 (Booth #1532).
