Homecare management software leader HHAeXchange to provide comprehensive provider management platform to Humana and its provider network for greater workflow efficiencies.

Humana has chosen HHAeXchange as its exclusive EVV platform for all Long Term Care – Personal Care Home Care services as part of Florida’s Statewide Medicaid Managed Care Program (SMMC).

The rollout of the Long Term Care program in Florida for Humana comes on the heels of HHAeXchange’s successful implementation of Pennsylvania’s Community HealthChoices Program, in which 400 LTSS providers and more than 13,000 LTSS Medicaid participants began receiving services through the three MCO’s, all of which independently evaluated and selected HHAeXchange’s platform.
